Remove 'CAN'T' from your vocabulary!

The word "can't" should not be in any softball pitcher's vocabulary. The minute you say it, you have convinced your body that it is incapable of achieving something. As I repeatedly say, the game of softball is 90% mental and only 10% physical. You cannot control anything else in the game, but your attitude, mindset and effort!
