Breaking Down the "Rise Ball" Pitch

Many of you have started learning how to throw a rise ball and I found this video that I thought was very instructional and accurate in breaking down the technique involved in throwing a rise ball. I also really liked the knee drill and will start incorporating that into lessons in the coming weeks.
