Buck Fastpitch Warmup Drills

I have put together a short video that demonstrates each of my warmup drills. Thank you Kelsey Bruno for being my guinea pig and allowing me to use your videos on my blog. I plan to continue doing short videos like this over the course of the next couple weeks--demonstrating various drills and mechanical instruction. Also, starting next week I will be featuring "a pitcher of the week," which I will base on effort and performance.
